Lauren established Embrace and Acknowledge, LLC in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology  from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kean University.  She is passionate about using both her education and lived experience to help young adults understand their God-given worth.

Through faith-centered teaching, encouragement, and community-building, Lauren equips young people to grow in identity, maturity, and purpose—learning how to make a meaningful impact in the world while remaining rooted in Christ.
